Information system for the administration of biological samples
Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo představení oblasti "Biobanking" a nalezení vhodného softwarového řešení pro administraci biologických vzorků. Součástí tohoto cíle bylo analyzovat, lokalizovat a modifikovat webový informační systém caTissue Plus tak, aby byl použitelný v českém prostředí.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to introduce Biobanking and to find suitable software solution for administration of biological samples. Part of this goal is to analyze, localize and modify web-based IS called caTissuePlus to be usable in czech environment also.
