Diagnostics of specific motor abilities in rhytmic gymnastics

Abstract:

V teoretické části mé diplomové práce se zabývám rozborem všech pohybových schopností a dovedností, jejichž znalost je velmi důležitá pro vedení a obsah tréninku jak v moderní gymnastice, tak i v ostatních sportech. Také je v práci popsáno hlavní rozdělení techniky cvičení bez náčiní a s náčiním a prvky obtížnosti, které obsahuje moderní gymnastika. Ve stručnosti jsou popsány obecné charakteristiky motorických testů. V praktické části mé práce se zabývám porovnáváním výkonnosti, pohybových schopností a dovedností u moderních gymnastek. Testování proběhlo v Havířovském klubu moderní gymnastiky v různých tréninkových obdobích, a to v rozmezí šesti měsíců. V závěru práce hodnotím získané výsledky a rozdíly, které byly testováním zjištěny.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of my thesis deals with the analysis of all motoric abilities and skills whose knowledge is very important for training management and programme both in rhythmic gymnastics and other kinds of sport. It also describes the main classification of exercise techniques with requisities and without requisities including elements of difficulty that rhythmic gymnastics contains. General characteristics of motoric tests are briefly described as well. In the practical part of my thesis I bring the comparison of perfomance, motion abilities and skills of particular rhythmic gymnasts. Their testing was held in Havířov rhythmic gymnastics club during six months in different training periods. In the final part I assess the gained results and differences ascertained by the testing.
