Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a jejího vlivu na výkonnost podniku. Toto téma si autorka vybrala z důvodu, protože si myslí, že organizační kultura je nedílnou součastí moderního vedení firmy a v budoucnu by chtěla získané poznatky aplikovat v reálné firmě. This topic, the author chose because it thinks that the organizational culture is an integral part of modern management in the future she would like to apply the acquired knowledge in a real company.
