Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaobírá otázkou kognitivních funkcí u onemocnění schizofrenie. Jedná se o zjištění úrovně kognitivního výkonu při první epizodě onemocnění a při remisi po roce. Poslední hypotéza zjišťuje rozdíl kognitivních výkonů ve výkonových testech při obou měřeních, tedy při první epizodě a při remisi po jednom roce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části, teoretické, se zabýváme problematikou schizofrenie. Jedná se o stručný souhrn veškerých charakteristik náležících k tomuto onemocnění. V další kapitole jsou popsány kognitivní funkce, jejich poškození a neuropsychologické vyšetření. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována detailnímu popisu specifik kognitivních funkcí u onemocnění schizofrenie. Praktická část zahrnuje detailní popis vzorku, výsledky úrovně kognitivního výkonu při první epizodě a v remisi po roce. Dále zjištění statistického rozdílu mezi výkony v obou měřeních a diskuzi k zjištěným výsledkům. V příloze jsou doloženy veškeré výsledky statistického zpracování.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is dealing with the question of cognitive functions by the Schizophrenia disease. It is focused on defining the level of cognitive performance by the first episode of the disease and by the remission a year later. The final hypothesis defines the difference in the cognitive performance in performance tests by both measurements, meaning by the first episode as well as by the remission a year later. The dissertation is divided into two parts. The first part, the theoretical one, is dealing with the schizophrenia issues. It includes a brief summary of the entire characteristics concerning this disease. In the next chapter there are being described cognitive functions, their disruptions and neuropsychological investigation. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to detailed description of the specifics of the cognitive functions by the disease of schizophrenia. The practical part includes the detail description of the sample, results of the level of cognitive performance by the first episode of the disease and by the remission a year later. Includes also the findings of the statistical difference between performances in both measurements and discussion of the findings The entire results of the statistical sampling are enclosed in the attachment.
