Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou související s pracovněprávními vztahy, ve kterých je zastoupen mezinárodní prvek. Stručně pojednává o vývoji těchto vztahů v České republice, a to před a po přistoupení k Evropské unii. Analyzuje jak unijní, tak i vnitrostátní právní úpravu na tyto vztahy dopadající. The diploma thesis deals with the legal regulation related to labour law relationships, in which an international element is involved. The thesis briefly deals with their development in the Czech Republic, prior and after its accession to the European Union.
