Climate diagnostics at chosen secondary school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na diagnostiku klimatu školy a na pojmy vztahující se k této problematice. Cílem práce je objasnit souvislosti mezi jednotlivými pedagogickými pojmy a diagnostikovat klima na vybrané střední škole. V práci je interpretována realizace kvantitativního výzkumu s použitím dotazníkového šetření. Pomocí této techniky je získáno celkové hodnocení klimatu školy z pohledu žáků, učitelů a rodičů. Data jsou zpracována v tabulkovém procesoru Excel za použití statistických funkcí a vyhodnocení je provedeno formou grafů, tabulek a slovní interpretace. Výzkumem došlo k zjištění, že se v odpovědích aktéři spíše shodují a jsou tedy s klimatem školy spíše spokojeni. Na základě zjištění došlo k navržení možných opatření pro další zlepšování klimatu školy. Hlavním přínosem práce je zjištění stavu klimatu školy a prvotní zpráva, z níž může škola vycházet při obdobném výzkumu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on diagnostics of the school climate and concepts related to this problematic. The aim of the work is to clarify connections between individual pedagogical concepts and to diagnose the climate in a selected school. In the work, there is interpreted a realization of the quantitative research using a questionnaire survey. An overall rating of the school climate from the perspective of students, teachers and parents is obtained using this technique. The data are processed in the Excel spreadsheet using statistical functions and the evaluation is performed using graphs, tables and a verbal interpretation. The research found out that respondents agree each other and then they are rather satisfied with the school climate. By this finding there were proposed possible arrangements for next improving of the school climate. The main benefit of the work is determining the state of the school climate and the prime report from which the school could begin a next research.
