The opening of Japan and its influence on political events in the country
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na otevření Japonska a jeho vliv na politické dění v zemi vedoucí k pádu šógunátu, který trval více než 250 let. Práce popisuje a analyzuje nerovné smlouvy, jejich dopad na japonskou společnost a reakce Japonců po násilném otevření země západními mocnostmi, které měly zásadní vliv na pozdější svrhnutí šógunátu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the opening of Japan and his influence on political events in the country, leading to the collapse of the shogunate, which lasted more than 250 let. The thesis describes and analyzes the unequal treaties, their impact on Japanese society and the reaction of the Japanese on the violent opening of the country by western powers, who had a profound influence on subsequent …more
