Bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematikou zaměstnávání občanů z třetích zemí v České republice. V bakalářské práci jsou uvedeny základní podmínky zaměstnání cizinců v České republice, povinnosti zaměstnavatelů při zaměstnávání cizinců a druhy pobytů cizinců v České republice. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employment of citizens from third countries in the Czech Republic. The bachelor's thesis presents the basic conditions of employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic, the obligations of employers in employing foreigners and the types of stays of foreigners in the Czech Republic.
