Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem jednotlivých činností v exekučním řízení. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí, v první části se věnuje základním právním pojmům v exekučním řízení. Druhá část se zabývá vývojem zákona o soudních exekutorech, jejich působením, činností exekutora a následnou novelou zákona.
