Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje zesílení signálu impedančního a piezoelektrického imunosensoru složeného z modelové protilátky a antigenu značeného enzymem tyrosinasou nebo křenovou peroxidasou. Teoretická část obsahuje úvod do problematiky užití vybraných enzymů jako značek u imunosensorů a jejich další využití jako biorekogniční složky u biosensorů. This study deals with signal enhancement of impedance and piezoelectric imunosensor composed of model antibody and antigen labelled by enzyme tyrosinase or horseradish peroxidase. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the use of chosen enzymes as labels in immunosensors and their use as a biorecognition element in biosensors.
