Anotace:

This study tries to pinpoint the precise variables that affect Asians to get employment in Czech enterprises, as well as how these variables interact. The study intends to provide insights into the elements that can effect the success of job searches in the Czech Republic through the analysis of numerous criteria, such as language competency, cultural adaption, networking, and qualifications. The results of this study can help understand the important variables that may influence the outcome of their job searches and establish plans to increase their chances of success in the labor market.
