Melting of electromagnetically transparent workpiece in induction crucible furnace
Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na tavení elektromagneticky průzařné vsázky pomocí indukční kelímkové pece. Nejprve je obecně rozebrána teorie teplotního a elektromagnetického pole a také problematika indukčního ohřevu. Praktická část této práce je zaměřena na určení optimálního množství ?zbytku? taveniny v indukční kelímkové peci pro usnadnění tavení průzařné vsázky.
Abstract:
The submitted work is focused on the melting of electromagnetically ?thin? body of the workpiece via induction crucible furnace. At the beginning there is briefly analyzed theory of thermal and electromagnetic field and also the issue of induction heating. The practical part of this work is focused on determining the optimal amount of the ?rest? of the melt in the crucible furnace to facilitate melting …more
