Abstract:

Problematika stavebního řízení při výstavbě inženýrských sítí je živým tématem. Již naši předkové se potýkali s problémy, které jsou aktuální i v dnešní době. Setkávali se, stejně jako my, s nedostatečnou kapacitou inženýrských sítí. Hlavním důvodem byly a stále jsou finanční prostředky. Stavební právo se v této oblasti začalo v našich krajích více vyvíjet až ve dvacátém století. V jeho druhé polovině pak vznikají vodohospodářské orgány, které se naplno zaobírají problematikou vodohospodářských staveb. K dalšímu rozvoji tohoto odvětví práva došlo přijetím nového stavebního zákona, který upravuje některé procedury během stavebního řízení při výstavbě inženýrských sítí.

Abstract:

An issue of building control at civil engineering nets architecture is still very hot subject matter. Already our ancestry had been fighting the same problems as it is actual today. As ourselves, they had been faceing with insufficient capacity of civil engineering nets The main reason were and still are. In our region the Structural law started to develop dramatically as late as the twentieth century in the above mentioned subject Afterwards in its second half water management authorities were established in order to fully be concerned with water management buildings. Additional development of that branch of law has been initiated by application of updated Building Act which regulates some procedures for building control at civil engineering nets architecture.
