Každý učitel uvažuje o své pedagogické činnosti a hledá cesty, jak ji vylepšit. Tyto úvahy lze označit termínem sebereflexe. Cílem této práce je zjistit, v čem spočívají podobnosti a rozdíly v sebereflexi učitelů v různých stupních profesní dráhy. Every teacher reflects on their pedagogical activity and looks for ways how to improve it. These reflections are called self-evaluation. The aim of this work is to find out if there are any similarities and differences of teacher self-evaluation during teacher career path.
