Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá public relations a především jednou specifickou oblastí - krizovou komunikací. Jsou popsány nástroje PR, vztahy s médii a cíle public relations. This bachelor’s thesis deals with public relations especially with one specific area – crisis communication. The work describes the tools of PR, media relations and the objectives of PR.
