Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vlivu celosvětové finanční krize na hypoteční trh v České republice. The aim of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of impact which had the global financial crisis on mortage market in the Czech republic. At first attention is focused on legislative framework of mortage lending, especially on its evolution.
