Abstract:

V mé práci je nastíněna situace na trhu s bydlením od 19. století v ČR. Věnuji se zde základním produktům, které nabízejí banky a stavební spořitelny k financování bydlení a to hypotečnímu úvěru a stavebnímu spoření. Cílem je popsat, shrnout a vzájemně porovnat tyto produkty a následně ukázat jejich výhody a nevýhody. A dále zjistit zda a pro koho jsou úvěry dostupné a zda jejich výše postačí na koupi požadované nemovitosti. Dále v práci uvádím aktuální problém - hypoteční krizi a její dopady na trh bydlení.

Abstract:

My thesis is focused on situation of market with living since 19. century in the Czech republic. I devote here basic products, which are offered of banks and building society to housing financing – mortgage credits and saving for building purposes. The main object of my thesis is to describe, resume and each other compare these products and consequently to show their advantage and disadvantage. And next to discover if and for who are credits available and if their amount is sufficient on purchase of desired property. Next I speak of actual problem – mortgage crisis and its impacts in market with living.
