Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je představit právní úpravu pěstounské péče a poskytnout vhled do správních mechanismů při rozhodování o dávkách pěstounské péče v České republice. Pro praktickou část budou vybrány z období let 2020–2022 pravomocné rozsudky příslušných soudů s negativním stanoviskem ve věcech pěstounské péče, za účelem zjištění důvodu odebrání dětí z péče pěstounům nebo biologickým rodičům. …more

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to present the legal regulation of foster care and provide insight into administrative mechanisms in deciding on foster care allowances in the Czech Republic.
