Abstract:
Cieľom predkladanej bakalárskej práce je zhromaždiť a konsolidovať poznatky z oblasti zmluvného nadobúdania nehnuteľnosti. Rovnako neopomenúť ani dôsledky a celkové účinky odstúpenia od zmluvy o prevode nehnuteľností. Práca sa venuje procesom, ktoré nastávajú pred, počas a po zapísaní nehnuteľnosti do informačného systému katastra ako správneho orgánu.
