Práce se zabývá řízením rizik ve školském zařízení. Znalost práce s riziky je jedním z předpokladů úspěšného řízení podniku. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda manažer školy zná rizika, která zařízení ohrožují a dokáže je eliminovat, na které oblasti by se měl zaměřit, aby dosáhl pozitivních změn. This thesis deals with risk management in school settings. The knowledge of possible risks is one of the preconditions of successful institution management.
