Bakalářská práce je věnována finančnímu rozboru plánovaného a realizovaného stavebního projektu přestavby budovy. Přestavbu provedla firma ARS real s.r.o., která je zároveň vlastníkem zmiňované budovy. Sledované období pro tuto práci je od 15. ledna 2013 do 20. dubna téhož roku. The batchelor thesis is devoted to financial analysis of planned and realized building reconstruction project. The recontruction was executed by a company ARS real s.r.o. which is also an owner of the building. Time between 15th January and 20th April 2013 was monitored.
