Tato práce se zabývá významem prvků přímé demokracie v demokracii zastupitelské. V první části je fungování prvků přímé demokracie demonstrováno na analýze ústavních systémů starověkých Athén, Švýcarska a v Lichtenštejnska. This theses deals with a significance of aspects of direct democracy in the conditions of representative democracy. The first part of the theses is concerned with an analysis of functioning of direct democratic instruments, which is demonstrated on constitutional systems of ancienit Athens, modern Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
