Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce s názvem „Dobrovolnictví v době pandemie Covid-19“ je tradičně rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat cestu, která dobrovolníky k jejich činnosti v době pandemie Covid-19 vedla, a následné zkušenosti, které dobrovolníci během dobrovolnické činnosti získali. Teoretická část se nejdříve věnuje základnímu vymezení dobrovolnictví, dobrovolníka a také různým formám, na které lze dobrovolnictví členit. Dále se zaměřuje na motivaci k dobrovolnictví, legislativní ukotvení dobrovolnictví a oblasti dobrovolnictví. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na vývoj dobrovolnictví a aktuální situaci spojenou s pandemií Covid-19, která také značně dobrovolnictví ovlivnila. Empirická část práce představuje kvalitativní výzkum a jeho metodologii, na kterou navazuje již interpretace dat, získaných prostřednictvím hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Magisterská diplomová práce je uzavřena diskuzí a shrnutím výsledků.

Abstract:

Master’s thesis titled “ The volunteering at the time of Covid-19 pandemic ” is divided into theoretical and empiric part. The aim of this thesis is to chart the journey that led the volunteers towards their activities during the Covid-19 pandemic as well as their experiences they acquired during this process. The theoretical part firstly deals with basic definition of volunteering, the volunteer and also different forms into which the volunteering can be further structured. Secondly, this part focuses on the motivations towards volunteering as well as its legislative embedding and areas of volunteering. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the evolution of volunteering and the current situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic which has significantly impacted the area of volunteering. The empiric part introduces qualitative research and its methodology, followed by interpretation of data gathered through profound semi-structuralized interviews. The master’s thesis is concluded with a discussion and a summary of the results.
