Abstract:

Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je nastínit vývoj podoby kmene od předmoderní doby až po dobu postmoderní, a to prostřednictvím určení sociokulturních a technologických podmínek, v jakých subkultury vznikají, fungují a zanikají, s přihlédnutím k historické perspektivě, která umožňuje sledovat subkultury postmoderní doby až k jejich kořenům v podobě kmenů předmoderních. Budu se tedy zabývat otázkou týkající se vytváření kolektivních identit v rámci dějinného vývoje společnosti, a to z toho důvodu, že současné teorie subkultur a s nimi související teorie konstrukce kolektivních identit jsou do určité míry inspirovány věděním o fungování kolektivních identit v rámci kmenových společenství. Ve své práci se tak pokusím co nejpřesněji definovat kmen a určit styčné plochy tohoto dnes vesměs již historického sociálního fenoménu s jevem, který je označován termínem "modern tribe". Pokusím se také určit, co všechno vývoj od kmene k takzvanému modernímu kmeni zahrnuje. Zaměřím se také na to, do jaké míry a v jakých ohledech jsou kmen a takzvaný moderní kmen rozdílné a do jaké míry a v jakých ohledech jsou si podobné.

Abstract:

The main goal of my bachelor thesis is to outline the development of the form of the tribe from pre-modern to postmodern era, by determining the socio-cultural and technological conditions in which subcultures arise, function and disappear, taking into account the historical perpective, their roots in the form of pre-modern tribes. I will therefore address the question of the creation of collective identities in the historical development of society, because current theories of subcultures and related theories of construction of collective identities are to some extent inspired by knowledge of how collective indetities work within tribe communities. In my work, I will try to define the tribe as accurately as possible and and determine the interfaces of this now largely historical social phenomenon with the phenomenon, which is referred to as "modern tribe". I will also try to determine what development from the tribe to the so-called modern tribe involves. I will also focus on the extent to which and in what respects the tribe and so-called modern tribe are different and what extent and in what respects they are similar.
