Inside organizational standards

Abstract:

Vnitřní organizační normy se ve společnostech a organizacích vydávají z důvodu zajištění řádné funkčnosti konkrétní organizace a s cílem zajistit plnění cílů a úkolů, pro které byla zřízena. Vnitřní normy musí stručnou a srozumitelnou formou vystihnout pracovní problematiku, definovat způsob jejího řízení a v neposlední řadě svými ustanoveními předcházet možným kolizím. Dále musí v sobě zahrnovat i ustanovení obecně platných právních předpisů, které se ke konkrétní organizaci vztahují. Vhodně zpracované vnitřní organizační normy chrání při výkonu pracovně právních vztahů jak zaměstnance, tak organizaci před porušováním zákonů, předpisů a vyhlášek vydávaných v rámci republiky. Proto vnitřní organizační normy dobře zpracované jsou pomocníkem pro každou pracovní pozici na kterékoliv úrovni dle organizačního schématu. Kriteriem vysoké kvality v této oblasti je získání certifikace ISO.

Abstract:

Internal organizational standards are issued by companies and organizations to ensure proper functionality of a particular organization and to ensure the achievement of the objectives and tasks for which it was established. Internal standards must be concise and comprehensible form to capture the labor issues, define the method of management and not least its provisions to prevent potential conflict. In addition, they must include the general provisions of existing legislation which applies to a specific organization. Suitable treatment protects internal organizational standards in the performance of labor and employee relations as the organization against any violation of laws, regulations and decrees issued under the republic. Therefore, internal organizational standards are well prepared to help any job at any level according to the organizational chart. High-quality criteria in this area is to obtain ISO certification.
