Tématem diplomové práce je metodika vyšetřování trestného činu znásilnění. Cílem práce je analyzovat a navrhnout řešení problémů, které doprovází vyšetřování trestného činu znásilnění z pohledu sekundární viktimizace. The subject of this thesis is methodology of investigating the crime of rape. The aimed objective is to analyse and propose solution of problems found in investigation of rape in terms of secondary victimisation.
