The analysis and proposals of measures for the air protection of the municipality of Holešov

Abstract:

Pro vypracování bakalářské práce jsem zvolila téma Analýza a návrhy opatření ochrany ovzduší města Holešov. Cílem této práce byla analýza a následné zvolení vhodných opatře-ní pro ochranu města. Ke splnění cíle bylo využito literární rešerše, provedení analýzy a semistrukturovaného rozhovoru s pracovníkem Městského Úřadu ve městě Holešov. Práce se dělí na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vytyčeny hlavní složky životního prostředí a právní a institucionální rámec, který se stará o ochranu ovzduší z právního pohledu. V praktické části je nejprve provedena obecná charakteristika města Holešov, následná analýza stavu ovzduší ve Zlínském kraji a městě Holešov, vytyčeny investice přínosné pro ochranu ovzduší v Holešově a rozebrán přehled poplatků ve Zlínském kraji a městě Holešov.

Abstract:

For the elaboration of the bachelor thesis I have chosen the topic Analysis and Proposals of Measures for Protection of the Air of the City of Holešov. The aim of this work was to analyze and select appropriate measures for the protection of the city. To accomplish this goal, a literature review, an analysis and a semi-structured interview with an employee of the Municipal Office in Holešov were used. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part outlines the main components of the environment and the legal and institutional framework that takes care of air protection from a legal perspective. In the practical part, the general characteristics of the town of Holešov are first made, followed by an analysis of the air condition in the Zlín Region and Holešov, investments beneficial for air protection in Holešov an overview of fees in the Zlín Region and Holešov.
