Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na proces řízení rizik projektů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části. V první teoretické části je problematika řízení rizik rozebrána teoreticky a na tyto teoretické poznatky pak navazuje druhá část, a to část praktická. This bachelor thesis is focusing on the process of project risk management. The thesis is divided into two main parts.
