Defective and null administrative acts
Abstract:
Práce se snaží vysvětlit pojem vadných a nicotných správních aktů. V práci jsou uvedeny jak důvody vadnosti, tak i nulity s konkrétními příklady rozhodnutí správních orgánů a nálezů soudů. A jak v obou případech postupovat z pohledu správních orgánů, soudů a účastníků řízení.
Abstract:
The paper tries to explain the concept of bad and trivial administrative acts. In this work are listed as reasons defectiveness, and is void with concrete examples of decisions of administrative bodies and courts findings. And how in both cases proceed from the perspective of administrative bodies, courts and litigants.
