Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na alimentární nákazy ? rod Salmonella, jejich rozdělení, klinický průběh, možnosti izolace a identifikace z biologického materiálu, preventivní opatření a obecné zásady hygieny v potravinářských provozech a domácnostech. Dále je zde kazuistika nemocných pacientů a dietní opatření.
Abstract:
The work is focused on food-borne disease - genus Salmonella, their classification, clinical course, the possibility of isolation and identification of biological material, preventive me-asures and general principles of hygiene in food processing plants and homes. Furthermore, there is a case study patients and dietary measures.
