Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá asistenty u lidí s postižením autistického spektra a jejich zvládání složitých situací, které přináší asistence. Dále se práce zabývá tím, jaký smysl těmto složitým situacím asistenti dávají. Práce se snaží objasnit, zdali je možné ve způsobech, jimiž asistenti dodávají smysl některým asistencím, rozeznat principy popsané v teoriích řešení kognitivní disonance. Práce dále podává základní informace o problematice autistického spektra. Práce obsahuje také základní informace o teorii kognitivní disonance. Skrze uskutečněné polostrukturované rozhovory práce nabízí informace o tom, jak se u asistentů lidí s postižením autistického spektra objevují známky kognitivní disonance při asistencích. Dále práce ukazuje, jakým způsobem asistenti organizace Nautis z.ú. pracují s kognitivní disonancí. V této absolventské práci je také popsána organizace Nautis, z.ú. a některé její služby

Abstract:

This graduation thesis deals with assistants by people with autistic spectrum disabilities and their coping with difficult situations that the assistance brings. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the meaning of these complicated situations by assistants. The thesis tries to clarify whether the principles described in theories of cognitive dissonance can be discerned in the ways in which assistants make sense to some assistance. The thesis also provides basic information about the problems of the autistic spectrum. The thesis also contains basic information about the theory of cognitive dissonance. Through semi-structured interviews, the thesis offers information on how signs of cognitive dissonance in assistants appear in assistance of people with autistic spectrum disabilities. Furthermore, the thesis shows how the assistants by organization Nautis, z.ú. work with cognitive dissonance. In this graduation thesis is also described the organization Nautis, z.ú. and some of its services.
