Cílem této práce byla studie reakčního mechanizmu zániku a opětovné tvorby disulfidické vazby organických disulfidů fotosenzibilovaných bengálskou červení. Pro reakci byly použity modelové alifatické disulfidy – dimethyldisulfid a dibutyldisulfid a také dimer glutathionu a cystin. The aim of this work was to study the reaction mechanism of disulfide bonds cross–coupling of organic disulfides photosensitized by rose bengal. Aliphatic disulfides, such as dimethyl disulfide and dibutyl disulfide and also oxidized glutathione and cystine, were used as model compounds.
