Cílem bakalářské práce „Motivace zaměstnanců bank“ je přiblížit význam motivace zaměstnanců pro podnik. V první části je vysvětlen pojem motivace, motivační teorie a prostředky a faktory, kterými lze motivaci zaměstnance podporovat.
