Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pneuservisu ve vybrané dopravní firmě. Cílem je zhodnocení aktuálního stavu a možnosti jeho změny. Práce nejprve analyzuje outsourcing, který je ve firmě dlouhodobě zavedený, a poté ekonomicky hodnotí možnosti zavedení vlastního pneuservisu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the problem of tire service in a selected Transport Company. The aim is to evaluate the current status and the possibility of a change. The diploma thesis analyzes the method of outsourcing, which has been established in the company for a long time, and then it tries to economically evaluate the possibility of establishing own tire service.
