The project for the company performance increase by means of strategic management

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce představuje projekt, pomocí nějž dojde ke zvýšení výkonnosti společnosti Engel strojírenská spol. s.r.o.. V rámci této práce je představena společnost, sestaveny její cíle a strategie vedoucí k naplnění stanovených cílů. Dále je zhodnoceno externí a interní prostředí společnosti spolu s vyhodnocením finanční analýzy stávající situace. Díky zjištěným faktorům a stanoveným cílům je sestaven finanční plán pro tříleté období. Následně je provedena analýza, pomocí níž jsou odhaleny rizikové faktory, které ohrožují naplnění strategického záměru. Zjištěná rizika jsou využita pro sestavení strategických scénářů. Diplomová práce končí kapitolou zhodnocení provedených analýz a návrhem implementace strategie do společnosti, který podpoří plánované zvýšení výkonnosti společnosti.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis represents a project through which will a performance of a company Engel strojírenská spol. s.r.o. bigger than before. In this thesis is presented the company, assembled its objectives and strategy, which leads to the fulfillment of the defined objectives. It is also evaluated the external and internal environment of the company together with an assessment of the financial analysis of the current situation. Thanks to identified factors and defined objectives is the financial plan for three years period processed. Subsequently it is a risk analysis done. This analysis identified risk factors that threaten the fulfillment of strategic purpose. Identified risks are used to build strategic scenarios. The diploma thesis ends by chapter about appreciation of performed analyzes and by concept of the implementation of the strategy to the company, which will support the planned increase of the company´s performance.
