Abstract:
Práce se zabývá tématem rodičovské dovolené z pohledu matky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy související s daným tématem jako je rodina, mateřství, mateřská dovolená a rodičovská dovolená. Abstract:
The paper focuses on the topic of paternal leave from the mother's point of view. The paper is of a theoretical-empirical character. The theoretical part defines the terms related to the topic, such as family, maternity, maternity leave and paternal leave. A quantitative research is used in the practical part.
