Web Application for Learning Korean

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tvorbě webové aplikace určené k výuce korejštiny, specificky adaptované pro potřeby českých uživatelů. Cílem práce je vytvoření efektivního a snadno přístupného nástroje, který odpovídá na rostoucí zájem o korejský jazyk v České republice. Teoretická část posuzuje existující jazykové aplikace a jejich přístupnost, zatímco praktická část popisuje design, realizaci a evaluaci nově vyvíjené aplikace. Speciální pozornost je věnována intuitivnímu uživatelskému rozhraní, dynamickému generování kvízů ve formě otázek a výběru odpovědí a přizpůsobení vzhledu aplikace pro různá zařízení. Vy-vinutá aplikace značně podporuje efektivitu výuky korejštiny pro české studenty.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the creation of a web application intended for teaching Korean, specifically adapted for the needs of Czech users. The goal of the thesis is to create an effective and easily accessible tool that responds to the growing interest in the Korean language in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part assesses existing language applications and their accessibility, while the practical part describes the design, implementation and evaluation of a newly developed application. Special attention is paid to the intuitive user interface, the dynamic generation of quizzes in the form of questions and the selection of answers, and the adaptation of the appearance of the application for different devices. The developed application greatly supports the effectiveness of teaching Korean for Czech students.
