V této bakalářské práci popisuji využití in vitro systémů pro studium interakcí nádorových buněk a složek jejich mikroprostředí, které ovlivňují jejich přežití, proliferaci a odolnosti vůči léčbě. Abstract:
In this thesis, I describe the use of in vitro systems for the study of tumour cell interactions with the protective tumour microenvironment and their effects on tumour cell survival, proliferation, and drug-resistance. The thesis is specifically focused on the systems for analysis of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, which is a disease of CD5+ B lymphocytes affecting especially elderly patients. In vitro …more
