Cílem této diplomové práce je posouzení vývoje a změn zaměstnanosti v zemích Evropské unie. Práce je rozdělena do jednotlivých tematických celků. The main goal of this thesis is to asssess developments and changes in employment in European Union countries. Thesis is devided into thematic subjects.
