Abstract:
Bakalářská práce Oceňování nemovitostí v dějinách se zabývá vývojem právních předpisů v oceňování s ohledem na vývoj dějin státu a to od roku 1897 do současnosti. Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení s metodikou oceňování, prolínáním se událostmi v dějinách současné České republiky a s ukázkou praktického příkladu ocenění.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis Valuation in history deals with the development of legislation in the valuation with respect to the development history of the state and from 1897 to the present. The aim of this work is to present the methodology of valuation , blending with current events in the history of Czech Republic as an example of a practical example of valuation.
