Cooperation between the principalship and educational counsellor on the basic school.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spolupráce ředitele a výchovného poradce na základní škole. První část práce vymezuje kompetence, úkoly, pracovní povinnosti a právní rámec pozice výchovného poradce. Dále práce stanovuje a popisuje nejdůležitější body a případná rizika spolupráce mezi ředitelem školy a jeho výchovným poradcem. Součástí teoretické části je i pohled na ředitele školy a jeho manažerské působení na výchovného poradce. V empirické části se práce zaměřuje na metodologii výzkumu, vyhodnocení a komentář výsledků výzkumu, které byly získány z dotazníkového šetření. Tento dotazník se zabývá mírou shody pohledu na kompetence výchovných poradců v rámci jejich sebehodnocení a v pohledu na tytéž kompetence ze strany ředitelů škol.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of cooperation between the School Management and the School Counsellor in the Elementary School. First part of the thesis focuses on and defines competences, assignments, work responsibilities and legal framework of the School counsellor. Following the first part, the thesis determines and describes most important points and pitfalls of cooperation between the Headmaster and the School Counsellor. Part of the theoretical section of the thesis is also dedicated to the managerial influence of the Headmaster on the School Counsellor. The empiric section of the thesis focuses on research methodology, evaluation and commentary of research results acquired within the questionnaire survey. In this case, the subject matter of the questionnaire was the match rate between the opinion of the School Counsellors and the Headmasters in respect of competences of the School Counsellors during their self-evaluation.
