Employee benefits as a tax expense of the company AQE advisors, Inc.
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti AQE advisors a.s. a zkoumá, zda jsou pro firmu ve stávajícím daňovém systému výhodné. Zmiňuje nadlimitní plnění poskytované zaměstnancům, které umožňuje zákoník práce a rozebírá daňové řešení poskytovaných výhod.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with analysis of employees´ benefits within the company AQE advisors Inc., and examines whether such benefits are convenient for the company in the current tax system. It mentions over-limit contributions provided for employees allowed by the Labour Code, and discusses tax solutions of such benefits.
