Obsahem této diplomové práce je kritická analýza legislativního vývoje institutu oddlužení, jakožto způsobu řešení dlužníkova úpadku. The purport of this thesis is a critical analysis of the legislative development of the debt discharge institute as one of the multiple methods of solving the debtor’s insolvency. The thesis emphasizes the fundamental changes arising from significant legislative amendments to the domestic insolvency law.
