V diplomové práci se zabývám mezinárodním prvkem v českém veřejném zdra-votním pojištění. Nejprve zasazuji zdravotní pojištění do právního rámce ČR, ná-sledně uvádím situace, ve kterých může docházet k výskytu přeshraničního prvku, a to s ohledem na právo EU, mezinárodní smlouvy a český právní řád. The presented thesis deals with the international element of the Czech public health insurance.
