Birt pain as a phenomenon accompanying childbirth, affecting labor pain using pharmacological methods - inhalation analgesia

Abstract:

The main objective of my Bachelor thesis entitled Validation of Diagnostic Elements of Nursing Diagnosis Acute Pain 00132 During Delivery is to verify the validity of diagnostic elements of this nursing diagnosis according to the selected experts midwives and to find out which elements are deemed major and which are minor ones. I applied the Fehring's diagnostic content validation model. As a measurement tool, I elaborated a questionnaire containing characteristic features of the nursing diagnosis Acute Pain 00132 according to the NANDA International system. The experts midwives were selected based on the modified criteria by Zeleníková (2010) in the Czech and Slovak Republic. Thirty midwives in total filled in the questionnaire and determined that characteristic features Painful expression of pain, Observed signs of pain and Biological factor - birth mechanism, reached the weighted score higher than 0.7 thus they are considered to be major and minor characteristic features: Changes in breathing, Anthaling for avoiding pain, Face expression, Changes in blood pressure, Expressive behavior, Changes in heart rate, Physical factors, Psychogenic factors, Defensive behavior, Diaphorisation, Changed perception of time, Changes in appetite, Focus on yourself and Chemical Factors. The weighted score of all characteristic features of the nursing diagnosis Acute Pain during delivery is 0,58. As a partial objective, I tried to discover the view of midwives concerning utilization of the NANDA system in our conditions. There were thirty midwives providing opinions on these issues 69 % of whom pointed out they were using the NANDA system at their workplaces but proved neutral approach towards this system.

V mojej bakalárskej práci s názvom Validácia diagnostických prvkov ošetrovateľskej diagnózy Akútna bolesť 00132 počas pôrodu, je hlavným cieľom overiť platnosť diagnostických prvkov tejto ošetrovateľskej diagnózy podľa vybraných expertiek pôrodných asistentiek a zistiť, ktoré prvky považujú za majoritné a ktoré za minoritné. Použila som model obsahovej validácie podľa Fehringa. Ako nástroj merania som zhotovila dotazník, ktorý obsahuje charakteristické znaky ošetrovateľskej diagnózy Akútna bolesť 00132 podľa NANDA Internatonal. Expertky pôrodné asistentky boli vybrané podľa modifikovaných kritérií Zeleníkovej (2010) v Českej a Slovenskej republike. Celkom 29 pôrodných asistentiek vyplnilo dotazník, ktoré určili, že charakteristické znaky Slovné vyjadrenie bolesti, Pozorované známky bolesti a Biologický faktor pôrodný mechanizmus, dosiahli vážené skóre vyššie ako 0,7 a preto ich považujú za majoritné a za minoritné charakteristické znaky považujú: Zmeny dýchania, Antalgická poloha z dôvodu vyhnutia sa bolesti, Výraz v tvári, Zmeny krvného tlaku, Expresívne chovanie, Zmeny srdcového rytmu, Fyzikálne faktory, Psychogénné faktory, Obranné chovanie, Diaforéza, Zmenené vnímanie času, Zmeny chuti k jedlu, Zameranosť sa na seba a Chemické faktory. Vážené skóre všetkých charakteristických znakov ošetrovateľskej diagnózy Akútna bolesť počas pôrodu je 0,58. Ako čiastkový cieľ som sa snažila zistiť pohľad pôrodných asistentiek na využiteľnosť systému NANDA v našich podmienkach, k tejto problematike sa vyjadrilo 29 pôrodných asistentiek, 69 % z nich poukázalo, že systém NANDA na svojom pracovisku využívajú, ale ich postoj k tomuto systému je neutrálny.
