The implementation of general delivery terms and conditions into the business practice of ELECTRO-COMP Ltd.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje projekt Implementace všeobecných smluvních a dodacích podmínek do obchodní praxe ELEKTRO-COMP spol. s r. o. V jeho rámci byl vytvořen a uveden do praxe kvalitní právní nástroj. Tento nástroj slouží ke sjednocení režimu některých závazků v praxi ELEKTRO-COMP spol. s r. o. a prevenci celé řady právních a daňových rizik.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis describes an project of implementation of the general delivery terms and conditions to business practice ELECTRO-COMP Ltd. In this framework has been developed and put into practice high quality legal instrument. This tool is used to unify the system of certain obligations in practice ELECTRO-COMP Ltd. and prevent a wide range of legal and tax risks.
