Hydraulic control of axle load variation in experimental vehicle

Abstract:

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je zajistit plynulou změnu přítlačné síly na jednotlivá kola experimentálního vozidla pomocí hydraulických válců s přídavnými koly a sledovat změnu adhezní síly mezi kolem experimentálního vozidla a vozovkou. V teoretické části jsem shrnul problematiku zavěšení kol u osobních automobilů. Jejich druhy, základní výhody či nevýhody a použití. V hlavní části popisuji svůj návrh systému proměnného zatížení náprav, který jsem porovnal s mechanickým nastavováním přítlačné síly pomocí závitových tyčí. Cílem této práce je navrhnout systém, který bude plynule měnit velikost radiální reakce na jednotlivá kola experimentálního vozidla pomocí hydrauliky.

Abstract:

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is to ensure a smooth change of the pressing force on the individual wheels of the experimental vehicle using hydraulic cylinders with additional wheels and to monitor the change of the adhesive force between the wheel of the experimental vehicle and the road. In the theoretical part, I summarized the issue of wheel suspension in passenger cars. Their types, basic advantages or disadvantages and uses. In the main part I describe my design of a system of variable axle load, which I compared with the mechanical adjustment of the pressing force using threaded rods. The aim of this work is to design a system that will continuously change the magnitude of the radial reaction to the individual wheels of the experimental vehicle using hydraulics.
