Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou časopisu Gentleman – revue moderního muže, který v Československu vycházel v letech 1924 – 1930. Magazín věnovaný mužům byl zaměřen na střední a vyšší společenskou vrstvu. Záměrem je kulturně-společenský rozbor periodika s důrazem na jeho literární a výtvarnou složku. This diploma thesis is dealing with the magazine called “Gentleman” – a review of the modern man, published in Czechoslovakia in 1924 – 1930. It analysis the form and contents of the first societal magazine dedicated to men. It examines the personalities and schools that influenced its final appearance.
