Role of the Administration of the State Material Reserves in the Security Policy

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se tematicky zaměří na krizové řízení, bezpečnostní politiku a objasní, kde se v této souvislosti nachází Státní správa hmotných rezerv, a jakou v systému hraje roli. Státní správa hmotných rezerv je velmi zajímavou oblastí státu nejen pri přípravě na mimořádné události, ale i při jejich samotném řešení. Proto jsem si ji zvolil jako velice vhodné téma diplomové práce. Státní správa hmotných rezerv podléhá jistému stupni utajení, a proto pro tvorbu práce budu vycházet jen z veřejně dostupných zdrojů a informací. Práce bude zaměřena na přiblížení Státní správy hmotných rezerv širší veřejnosti, dále se zaměřím na analýzu hmotných rezerv a oslovením vybraných odborníků v dotazníkovém šetření budu zkoumat pohled na Státní správu hmotných rezerv z nejrůznějších úhlů pohledu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis will thematically focus on crisis management, security policy and clarify where the state administration of material reserves is located in this context and what role it plays in the system. State administration of material reserves is a very interesting area of the state not only in the preparation for emergencies, but also in their solution. State administration of material reserves is subject to a certain degree of secrery, and therefore I will base my work only on publicly available sources and information. The diploma thesis will focus on bringing the state administration of material reserves closer to the general public, I will also focus on the analysis of the state administration of material reserves. I will focus my diploma thesis on the analysis of the state administration of material reserves and by addressing selected experts in a questionnaire survey I will examine the view of the state administration of material reserves from various angles.
