Cílem této práce je zjištění, jestli obsah Doplňku X Předpisu Ministerstva dopravy č. L 2 splňuje náležitosti právních norem. Nachází se zde jak přehled právní úpravy vnitrostátní, tak té evropské a mezinárodní v oblasti bezpilotních letadel. The aim of this thesis is to find out if the content of Appendix X of the Ministry of Transport No. L 2 meets the requirements of legal norms. There is an overview of national, European and international regulations on unmanned aircraft. Further, there are legal theories regarding the legal norm and its formal and material requirements.
